Jared has over 30 years of experience in the workers’ compensation and injury management industry.  He has worked in a wide variety of roles for a State Government Regulator and private insurers in Australia and the UK.  Prior to joining Lawson Risk Management, Jared was the South Australian State Manager for a large workers’ compensation insurer.  During his tenure, ReturnToWorkSA proudly boasted the most productive and cost-effective period in the scheme’s history.  He also successfully led a major IT replacement initiative in partnership with IBM.

Jared is a passionate and well-regarded leader. He is keenly aware of the complexities faced by business leaders and their employees following work place injury and has a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent outcomes for both.

Jared qualified as a Master of Management (Personal Injury) from Deakin University, is a Fellow of the Governor’s Leadership Foundation and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
