Michelle is a Director and one of the founders of Lawson Risk Management Services, she has over 30 years’ experience across a variety of industries in business finance, administration and team management.

Michelle governs Lawsons business finances, administers and implements efficient business operations & systems.

With a strong belief that a healthy & safer workplace is better for everyone, employees & employers, she supports a collaborative work environment at Lawsons. Encouraging individuality, innovative thinking, motivating the team to be creative & imaginative and inspiring personalities to shine.

Her hands-on approach provides a strong foundation of support to the team.

Prior to establishing Lawsons in 2003, Michelle had experienced an assortment of different workplace cultures and discovered that creating and maintaining a healthy workplace, combined with knowledge, technical skill & experience results in long term client relationships & provides clients with a genuine peace of mind.

She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and has successfully completed the Company Directors Course.
