The service is being delivered by Lawson’s Senior Consultant – Sue Ellis. Sue’s expertise has been developed by leading changes through legislative reform in 2007/08 and 2014/15; she has operated in senior policy and operational roles with a claims agent and a regulator; she has provided training in multiple state jurisdictions, hands on technical support in complex matters, and is well regarded in the legal community.
