John joined Lawson in 2022 as part of the Office Administration Team. He has worked in the workers compensation industry for over 10 years and prior to joining Lawson was 2IC of a Customer Support team that was mainly focused on income support entitlements. This includes Average Weekly Earnings, income support, complex backpays and lump sum payments.

John has recently begun developing his reporting skills at Lawson and is building and a number of pipeline and exception reports and also manages worker surveys.
