Karen has extensive administrative and customer service experience spanning over 25 years, predominantly in the Building and Motor industries.

Karen supports a large team of Senior Consultants with enthusiasm; ensuring timely and accurate data entry of critical claims documentation, keying and batching of accounts plus other daily administrative duties.

Karen enjoys working with people and is focused on opportunities to improve efficiencies and the customer experience in daily processes.
