Kim has worked in workers’ compensation industry for the past 20 years. Kim started at Lawson in 2014 supporting our team of Senior Consultants, and clients with administrative, IT and reporting requests (including data transmissions to state based Regulators).
Kim provides support to private employers and SA Government as a Claims Consultant in multiple states. Kim also assists with Risk Assessments, Work Health & Safety tasks and consultation with Actuaries.
Kim has a passion for analysis, research, investigation, problem solving and process improvement.
She has completed training courses in:
Food and Chemical safety, Certificate III in Food Processing, OH&S for Supervisors/Managers, Hazard Management, Manual Handling, Injury Management, Frontline Management, Workers Compensation/ Rehabilitation, Disciplinary Procedures, Train the Trainer PPE (including fitting K26 Mask), Train the Trainer Fire and Evacuation Refresher, Infection control, Chief Marshall, Claims Management and Return to Work Coordinator.
In her spare time Kim enjoys Badminton socially and competitively.
