Natasha joined the scheme in 2009, working for a large insurer, she was responsible for providing support to implement a new injury case management system for ReturnToWorkSA. Natasha liaised with scheme stakeholders demonstrating a high standard of work quality, an agility to adapt to the changing needs of the project as well as a commitment to follow through in a deadline driven environment.
Following this success, Natasha became part of the Strategy and Projects Team where she was exposed to all areas of the scheme and worked to develop efficiencies, create solutions and provide system support to claim owners.
In 2013, Natasha became the Team Leader of a claim support team and her ability to develop people and create good culture, combined with her enthusiasm resulted in a high performing and successful team. She quickly became known as an innovative, dependable and people orientated leader. Natasha joins the team at Lawson as a Claim Consultant, bringing this natural skillset in conjunction with her people focused approach, keen to provide first class service in support of the customer experience.
