Brad has worked in the workers’ compensation and injury management industry for over 16 years, with significant experience working within highly competitive, technical and regulated industries.

Brad has been fortunate to work with some of Australia’s largest residential aged care, manufacturing, retail and facility service organisations, providing claims, risk management and commercial advice to all levels of business. He firmly believes that prevention is better than cure, and is passionate about working with customers on best practice early intervention strategies, using qualitative and quantitative information to achieve claim and cost goals.

Brad places a strong focus on client service and customer experience. Having led claims, business development and service experience teams, he understands the importance of open and transparent communication, acting with urgency and proactively seeking better ways to operate.

When not helping clients achieve amazing outcomes, you will find Brad on the golf course or supporting small business via attendance at a range of restaurants, cafes and wine bars!
