Chris has years of experience working in workers compensation with registered employers while working for a claim’s agent, managing self-insurance for an international staffing and maintenance business as the Self Insurance Manager and most recently working for Australia’s oldest family-owned winery as part of the HR team, looking after injuries and health and well-being programs.

Chris is a certified Return to Work Coordinator along with a qualification in Finance.

Chris enjoys taking a pragmatic and balanced approach with businesses and their employees ensuring that all stakeholders are well-educated of the process to achieve the mutual goals. Chris is able to build a strong understanding of the business culture and practises having worked across a number of different industries to best understand the most efficient service to assist.
