Manager - Governance & Reporting

Elizabeth has over 24 years of experience in the workers’ compensation and injury management industry.  She entered the industry as a paralegal in a law firm and has worked in a wide variety of roles for a RTWSA Claims Agent.  Most recently, Liz was performing the role of Business Analyst with responsibilities to manage key projects; design and implement policy/process improvements and build management and analytical reports.

Liz has a passion for data analysis and has completed studies in Project Management, Report Writing and Lean Six Sigma.

She is a highly motivated, organised and passionate member of the team.  Elizabeth is excellent at displaying data and reports in a user-friendly manner to ‘tell the story’ and provide assurance to customers.  Liz works closely with our clients to ensure they are given information in a format to suit their audience and ultimately pursue and achieve better outcomes.
