Jenny is a friendly, positive and pragmatic Claims and Return to Work Consultant with over 20 years of experience in both South Australian and Victorian jurisdictions.

Jenny started her career as a paralegal for a personal injury solicitor prior to commencing her journey with one of the largest self-insurers in the country.  Built from a strong understanding from Admin to Senior Claims Consultant, Jenny is an accomplished Claims and Return to Work specialist in the following industries:  Retail, Local Government, Manufacturing, Health and Aged Care, Universities and Mining.

Jenny completed her Graduate Diploma in Rehabilitation from La Trobe University in 2011, qualifying her as a Rehabilitation Counsellor and is currently undertaking further study with a view to obtaining her law degree.

Jenny maintains a clear vision for managing her clients with a wholistic approach, displaying empathy, compassion and professionalism to achieve the best possible outcome for all involved parties.
