Joy has worked in the workers compensation and injury management industry for over 25 across all Australian states in both Self Insurance and conventional insurance.

Joy has enjoyed working in a number of industries including Mining, Construction, Manufacturing, Health, Aged Care and Security.

Joy is passionate about helping all stakeholders in the Recovery and Return to Work process.
