Prior to working in workers compensation Zoe was working in the construction industry as a document controller and a contracts admin assistant. Zoe has an interest in effective controls and regulatory compliance. Zoe’s focus is to ensure the effective management and administration of claims while delivering superior return to work and financial outcomes.
